This means we have access to more data and insight, better market influence and leverage, better prices, heightened certainty and better control over driving positive client outcomes.
BEYOND THE FUNDAMENTALS
Core focus areas
Within our Cost and Commercial Management offering, we bring together a set of specialist capabilities that go far beyond the fundamentals. These are the areas where our teams apply deeper expertise, sharper insight and proven methodologies to help clients navigate complexity, unlock value and deliver projects with certainty.

Digital
We help cost managers create coordinated, budget-aligned models that reduce risk premiums and support project buy-in. Our expertise shapes BIM methodology to ensure data granularity, enabling quick extraction of accurate quantities for cost plans and visual validation. This coordination and clarity ultimately leads to stronger tender returns from the market.
